Oxygen Plant

Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre, IIT Kanpur launched the Mission Bharat O2 in May 2021 to strengthen the Indian healthcare infrastructure, with the objective of promoting indigenous manufacturing at par with global standards. In the initiative, led by Professor Amitabha Bandyopadhyay, Professor In-charge of innovation & incubation, IIT Kanpur, and Srikant Sastri, Director of FIRST-IITK and Chairman, I3G Advisory Network, and Rahul Patel, Head of Strategic Initiatives, startup Acquafront Infrastructure has successfully installed 11 oxygen plants of 450 and 600 LPM capacities in UP, MP, Karnataka, Haryana and Bihar.

2nd wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, AIPL, With Mission Bharat O2 project in mind our team bulid PSA technology-based oxygen plants , SIIC IIT Kanpur has taken a step forward to make the Indian healthcare manufacturing ecosystem self-sustaining by reducing dependence on imports.

Design Study

Designing up to 500 LPM was a hard task to achive but our team make every hour count to make this goal of ours to finish in just 1.5 month and start executing the design theory.

Testing Theory

After designing the 500 LPM system your team immediately started to test our design theory to existence.

Test success

After so many changes try and correction our team finally got our success and that was our one of the greatest achievement.

1st Testing site

IIT Kanpur was the one of our supporter and help us to build, test and fabricate your Test theory. They also provide us place for testing and fabricating.

O2 plant fabrication and supply

In IIT Kanpur outreach center, Sector 62 Noida we stablished our temporary installation and fabrication unit for producing 10 more oxygen plant units of 500 LPM and efficiency of around of 94%.

1st Installation

Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS) was your First installation site of 500 LPM Oxygen Plant. Then we got our confidence and moral boost to make other 9 more plant after that.
