The GuleriaGhat Project in Varanasi boasts a cutting-edge infrastructure— the SIFJ Passenger Jetty (10m x 2m). Utilizing SIFJ steel integrated floating jetty technology, it enhances waterway transportation at the picturesque GuleriaGhat, offering a compact and reliable platform for seamless passenger access.
Collaborating with the Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre (SIIC) at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) marks a strategic move to expedite our Go-To-Market journey. This partnership with SIIC, known for fostering innovation and supporting emerging ventures, promises to provide a conducive environment for growth and development. The incubation process is not merely a support system but a catalyst that propels our venture forward, leveraging the expertise, resources, and network offered by IIT Kanpur.
Our team was awarded by National Research and Development (NRDC) in the year 2018 for its patented technology named "Self Adjusting Fixed Type Jetty(SAFTJ)". The award was accorded to the team by NITI Aayog Ex-Chairman DR V.K. Saraswat himself. SAFTJ is equipped with a self-adjusting mechanism to control the response of the structure against the fluctuating water level. This mechanism is governed and actuated by natural forces (gravitational and buoyant forces). This technology nullifies the requirement of two separate jetties by possessing the ability to adjust in bi-direction (horizontally and vertically) as per the seasonal/tidal changes in water bodies. This particular innovation helped the team to commercialize AIPL Floats.
Embarking on the development of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) solar beams, we aim to tap into the extensive possibilities offered by floating solar technology. The project has reached a significant milestone with the successful testing of a 1kW capacity, showcasing the feasibility and potential of our innovative GFRC solar beams. Team AIPL stepped up during pandemic to fight the oxygen crisis all across the India. Our team successfully designed & launched the industrial grade oxygen plant of 500 lpm within a span of 2 months with the help & collabration with several industrial experts. Furthermore, we supplied and commissioned 11 oxygen plants to hospitals across all over India within just 2 months. These efforts were appreciated by the U.P. Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya.
"At Khirkiya Ghat in Varanasi, a historic milestone was achieved with the installation of a 324 sq. mtr. structure, creating the world's first Floating CNG Filling Station. Commissioned by GAIL India Limited, this innovative facility, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addresses environmental concerns in the Ganga River by providing year-round refueling for CNG-operated boats and cruises. Utilizing Modular Floating Mild Steel Barges, this project showcases advanced technology in service of environmental sustainability."

In a historic achievement, we installed the world's first Floating CNG Mobile Refueling Unit at Ravidas Ghat, Varanasi. This innovative project, commissioned by GAIL INDIA LIMITED, features a Mild Steel Modular Floating Barge for a 212 sq. mtr. structure. The Floating CNG Filling Station serves boats and cruises, with a mobile pontoon transporting CNG from the mother station at Khirkiya Ghat. Inaugurated by Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, this initiative is a significant leap toward sustainable energy practices and reduced environmental impact.
Implemented for enhanced passenger comfort, a modular waiting room has been successfully installed at the GAIL CNG Station in Varanasi.
