About Us

We are a maritime industrial startup offering an extensive range of integrated, smart, and excellent products. We use IP-driven technologies and take an innovative approach to help build a sustainable waterways infrastructure. Acquafront Infrastructure (P) Ltd was founded in 2018 by a group of Civil and Mechanical engineers who graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, aspiring to innovate and implement solutions in maritime and inland waterways infrastructure.

Our focus is to undertake turn-key projects for floating jetty installations for various industrial requirements. We are executing these projects through our innovative product line of Steel-integrated Floating Jetty (SIFJ), Modular Barges and GFRC Floating Beams.

NRDC Awards 2018

Our team was awarded by National Research and development(NRDC) in year 2018 for its its patented technology named "Self Adjusting Fixed Type Jetty(SAFTJ)". The award was accorded to the team by NITI Aayog Ex-Chairman DR V.K. Saraswat himself. SAFTJ is equipped with a self-adjusting mechanism to control the response of the structure against the fluctuating water level. This mechanism is governed and actuated by the natural forces (gravitational and buoyant force). This technology nullifies the requirement of two separate jetties by possessing the ability to adjust in bi-direction (horizontally and vertically) as per the seasonal/tidal changes in water bodies. . This particular innovation helped the team to commercialize products.

NRDC Investment

NRDC invested in AIPL impressed by good traction and oppurtunities in the floating Infrastructure industry.

Mission Bharat O2

Team AIPL stepped up during pandemic to fight the oxygen crisis all across the India. Our team successfully designed & launched the industria grade oxygen plant of 500 lpm within a span of 2 months with the help collabration with several industrial starks. Furthermore, We supplied and commissioned 11 oxygen plants to the hospitals across all over India with in just 2 months. These efforts were appreciated by the U.P. Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya.

CNG Floating Station

Utilizing the Modular barge technology the floating CNG station for client GAIL India LTD. This floating station of lenght 30 m and width 12 m facilitates the boat berthing and CNG filling in the loacal boats plying in the river Ganga at Varanasi. This particular project is also appreciated by Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji during his visit to IIT Kanpur.

Following the success and national wide impact of the floating CNG station, this is appreciated byHon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Hon’ble Chief Minister of UP Yogi Adityanath Ji and Hon’ble Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan Ji during Their visit to IIT Kanpur.

i-Ghat

Project to rdevelop Kada Ghat into an i-ghat by capturing solar energy through floating solar grid, boat conversion of existing boats to electric propulsion & equipping with a state-of-the-art charging system with battery swap.
