Our RCC Floating Beams are fabricated from a high-grade "Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC)" technology featuring alkali-resistant glass fibers embedded in a concrete mesh. This advanced composition delivers superior flexural strength while being lighter than conventional RCC beams. Our redesigned Floating RCC Beams ensure optimized shell thickness without aggregates, maximizing buoyancy without compromising structural integrity. Enhanced with EPS filling, these beams are virtually unsinkable and are specifically designed for mounting solar panels over water, offering exceptional durability with a claimed lifespan of up to 50 years. These Beams are built to meet project-specific certifications from NABL labs.

Project Details

Utilizing our cutting-edge technology in glass fiber reinforced concrete, we have successfully implemented a 10KWh solar power plant at Kadaghat, Kaushambi, Uttar Pradesh. This groundbreaking project also includes the installation of a floating battery charging station. The station taps into the energy generated by the 10KWh solar grids and efficiently charges the batteries of boats that we have converted from diesel-operated engines to battery-operated engines. This innovative transformation has turned a conventional ghat, known as Kadaghat, into an advanced i-ghat.
