Job Overview

We are seeking a detailed organised site engineer with strong leadership & team spirit  to join our team. The site engineer’s responsibilities include managing different parts of projects, supervising site team, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders, The candidate will be working closely with the project manager, production team and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client’s needs.

Responsibilities

1. Planning and organizing projects: This involves preparing project timelines, determining the required resources, and creating work schedules, Cost Estimation, and BOM Preparation.
2. Coordinating with various stakeholders: Site Engineers need to work closely with Project Manager, Technical Team, Production Team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications and requirements.
3. Managing site operations: This involves supervising the site team, ensuring that the work is done in compliance with safety regulations, and resolving any issues that arise during the site operations.
4. Conducting inspections: Site Engineers need to inspect the site regularly to ensure that the work is progressing according to the plan and that quality standards are being met. 
5. Maintaining project documentation: Site Engineers need to keep accurate records of project timelines, progress, daily Progress Reports, Inventory Records, and costs to ensure that the project is completed within the agreed budget. 
6. Managing project finances: Site Engineers need to monitor project expenses and ensure that the project is completed within the agreed budget. 
7. Ensuring compliance with regulations: Site Engineers need to ensure that the project complies with relevant laws and regulations.
8. Communicating with stakeholders: Site Engineers need to communicate project progress, issues, and other relevant information to stakeholders regularly.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech/ B.E any field
2. Candidates who are freshers can also apply and experience 0-1 years
3. Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
4. Preferable candidates who are located at Varanasi or who are willing to relocate
5.  Best negotiation skill with contractors/Vendors
6. Strong knowledge in construction, materials, and design
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
8.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
12.  Willingness to work in various locations as required.
13.  Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations
