Job Overview
We are seeking a result-driven Marine Supervisor from a Civil Engineering background who will be joining our team to strengthen our project. The candidate will be responsible for taking charge of maintaining the work quality and ensuring to deliver the work on time requirements. In addition to that, you will have to make sure they follow all of the company’s safety standards and procedures, you’ll need to keep them on track to meet their milestones and stay within their budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of site operations, including crew management, maintenance, safety, and logistics
- Ensure that all operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions as required
- Maintain accurate records of Installation activities, including maintenance, material consumption, and site operations.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met
- Prepare project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress against these targets
- Ensure that all site members are trained and competent to carry out their roles
- Conduct regular safety meetings and drills to ensure that all site members are familiar with emergency procedures
- Manage crew scheduling and rotations to ensure that platforms are fully staffed at all times
- Conduct regular vessel inspections to ensure that all equipment is in good working order. Provide regular progress reports to senior management
- Prepare the maintenance schedules and prepare the BoM for maintenance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B.E civil engineering is highly preferred or engineering in any field
- Experience in supervising and managing team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physically fit and able to perform duties on board
- Swimming skill is mandatory
- Candidates who are freshers can also apply and experience 0-3 years
- Preferable candidates who are located at Varanasi or who are willing to relocate
