Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The Financial Manager will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies to meet the organization’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• To manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company

• To prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements, to the management team and board of directors

• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts and ensure they are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives

• Provide financial analysis and insights to the management team, and make recommendations based on findings

• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, and develop strategies to improve financial performance

• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, and keep abreast of changes to financial regulations and standards

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions

• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or MBA in Finance related field

• Having CA or CFA certified will be beneficial

• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in financial management or accounting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization

• Proficiency in financial reporting software and Microsoft Office, particularly advance Excel

• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, and the ability to stay up-to-date with changes in these areas.
