Job Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounts Executive at Acquafront Infrastructure,Noida. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing transactions, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting, invoicing, vendor management, financial planning, and accounting activities of the organization. The Finance and Accounts Executive will work in collaboration with the senior management and other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Relevant experience in Book Keeping
  • Excellent knowledge of Accounting principles and procedures.
  • Vendor & Bank reconciliation expertise.
  • Proficiency in handling indirect & direct taxation reconciliations.
  • Experience in GST and TDS compliance.
  • Experience with budget planning and management, financial analysis, & financial reporting
  • Prepare And Post Journal Entries
  • Handling Employee Reimbursements: Managing the process for employee reimbursement, ensuring adherence to policies and timely processing.
  • Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing tax compliance is preferred
  • Experience in the manufacturing and construction industry is an advantage

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a relevant field

Reconciliation Skills:

  • Vendor & Bank reconciliation expertise.
  • Proficiency in handling indirect & direct taxation reconciliations.
  • Experience in GST and TDS compliance.

Financial Reporting & Closing:

  • Strong knowledge of closing processes and reporting.
  • Responsible for month-end closing activities.

ERP & Accounting Tools:

Expense Management:

  • Handling employee reimbursement and purchase books.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities:

  1. Engineering Procurement:
    1. Collaborate with project teams to define engineering requirements and specifications.
    2. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of construction materials and equipment.
    3. Conduct cost analysis to optimize procurement processes while maintaining quality standards.
  2. Construction Site Management:
    1. Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
    2. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
    3. Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
  3. Quality Control:

  4. Budget Management:

About the role:

The role of Naval Arch./marine engineer will include following responsibilities –

  1. The role will include stability calculation, structural calculation & Anchoring calculation of floating structures such as modular barges, pontoon.
  2. The role will also require carrying out the propulsion & resistance calculation along with identification of relevant equipments.
  3. He/she will co-ordinate with draftsmen to complete all the CAD modeling and related technical drawings.
  4. The role require preparation of design report for submission to class/client.
  5. He/she may have to go on a site visit related to manufacturing and installation of structure and should be capable of resolving any technical issue.
  6. He should be aware of the industrial standards related to the construction of floating structures.
  7. To understand the challenges in the current product line up and solve them with prudent engineering practices.

Qualification & Eligibility:

  1. A degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in Naval Architecture, Marine engineering, and ocean engineering.
  2. Industrial experience of 2-5 years in related domain (Job objective).
  3. A profound knowledge in steel structure design, hydrodynamics, dynamics of structure and related field.
  4. Proficiency in modelling & analysis softwares such as Maxsurf, AVEVA, SACS, OrcaFlex, ANSYS Aqwa, Solidworks, AutoCAD will be bonus.
  5. A handful knowledge or experience in construction of floating/marine structures & their accessories will be bonus.
