Position:Site Engineer
Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable as per project requirements)
Location: Kanpur/Noida Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 3-5 years

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in mechanical engineering, specifically in porta cabin or steel fabrication. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in hydraulic systems and electric components and be proficient in reading and interpreting 2D engineering drawings. The Site Engineer will be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and ensuring efficient execution of project activities while maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and create work schedules.
• Prepare cost estimates and assist in Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Technical Team, Production Team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve any issues that arise during site operations.
• Conduct routine inspections to monitor project progress and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of project timelines, progress reports, inventory, and costs.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
• Provide regular project updates, highlight challenges, and propose solutions to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 3-5 years in porta cabin or steel fabrication industry, with knowledge of hydraulic systems and electric components preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings.
• Project Management: Excellent planning, execution, and problem-solving skills.
• Software Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
